Primary Responsibilities:
- Talk with clients to determine the profile for each opening.
- Collaborate with the Researchers to devise a plan so they can compile a list for you to call.
- Build your own list of people to call using the tools provided.
- Ability to talk with passive candidates, asking tough questions, digging for pain, motivation for change, etc.
- Create presentations of qualified candidates to our clients that are very detailed and include information that is not on their resume.
- Communicate with researchers daily to provide feedback.
- Schedule all interviews with candidates and clients.
- Keep candidates and client apprised throughout the entire process
- Build your own Practice area if that’s something you are motivated to do (for the right person, if you are willing to put in the hard work, I will work all day and night to help you achieve the success you deserve).
Qualifications:
- Experience in telephone sales/recruiting is preferred.
- Self-starter, self-motivated, entrepreneurial.
- Strong communication skills.
- Organized, multitasking and good time management.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to use technology.
- Someone that is competitive but ultimately likes to have FUN!!!

Successful backgrounds: Athletes, Service Industry, Mortgage, door to door sales, any cold calling experience, actresses, etc.

Researcher
Primary Responsibilities:
- Build a list of candidates for multiple searches from the information you received on the initial Client intake call.
- Continuous communication with Recruiter throughout the process.
- Add new candidates to daily to your list until position is filled.
- Put correct candidate contact information in database (PCR)
- Sourcing for candidates from target companies.
- Update candidate information in the database (PCR) on daily basis.
- Import Candidates resume.
- Source job openings in specific industries.
- Build list of potential clients and import all contacts from that client in database (PCR)
- Track the source of the candidate after they were placed (LinkedIn, PCR, Indeed, cold call, etc.).
- Utilize ZoomInfo to build the database in multiple industries.
- Verify email addresses using the tools provided.
- Maintain/Update database daily.
- Utilize trade publications, business journals, trade show attendee lists and creativity to discover new industry specialization, while continuing to build information within our current industries.
- Daily check in calls with recruiters to provide updates on your searches.
